Is a Digital Lifestyle a Dealy One?
Of course I come across yet another article. This one is about the digital lifestyle (yes the lifestyle many of us live). It is interesting to think the lifestyle we live is cutting down the number of year we will live. Though in all honesty there are plenty of things we do outside the digital realm that are cutting down the number of years we will live, it all depends on the person.

This was an interesting article. Although people say they care about their health, we rarely take the time to consider what is hurting us. Everyone lives a different lifestyle and will die eventually.
The article you posted was very interesting. It's strange to think that having a digital lifestyle or spending too much time in a virtual world could possibly be harmful to your health, but at the same time, too much of anything can be considered dangerous.
I don't personally think that a digital lifestyle is a healthy one if done in excess. I don't see kids outside and playing as much as I used to because there is so much to do on the internet now. Plus video games have not made things much better. However, this is a digital world and I'm not sure this will change.
It is assumed that using too much technology can one day affect us, yet I think there is a happy median to everything. People who are constantly on their cell phones and laptops need to read this article, and perhaps relax.
I really liked this article, i agree with mike burch that we all live different lifestyles and as long as you dont abuse something you should be fine.
Very interesting article. People will blame anything they can think to why they have an illness. Yes, there are studies proven that cell phone use and even repeated computer use can cause illness. But not for many.
