C P A C

CPAC is a conference that is held in downtown DC every year. Oh.... you want to know what the letters stand for. . . Conservative Political Action Conference. Yes I said Conservative.

The conference was great. I went with the College Republicans, yes I said republicans. I was not able to attend the first day but was there for half of Friday and all of Saturday. I got to hear several big conservative leaders talk, as well as panels of conservatives talk about conservative issues. Sure there were some big names there like: Ward Connerly, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, and so on. However my favorite of all the speakers I listened to (I sat through several panels in between big names to keep good seats) was one of those I had no idea who they were. Their title was not their name; it was The True Cost of Global Warming Hysteria. It was done buy a couple from Ireland, Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer. They made a movie called Not Evil, Just Wrong. They showed us clipsof the video, were commical to listen to, had a view point not just conservative but humanitarian and overall just gave a great presentation.

Further more they have a website, http://www.noteviljustwrong.com/ I would highly recommend checking it out, don't get upset just because they say al gore is wrong but get upset because they have the facts to prove it. You might be amazed by how much you don't know.

End of one, and the beginning of another

So now that MCS 370 is over I am actually planning to keep this blog going. I will just post things that I find interesting that may be of interest to others. It won't be personal like a live journal would be. It may include some adventures, some pictures, and probably a lot of songs and videos.

Oh right I finished my class which means a few weeks later I have a grade for that class. I got an A in MCS370, yea go be jealous. Check back for updates as they will just randomly appear
